We are happy to refund or exchange all items purchased online only.


If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund, minus the shipping and handling cost, provided the item is returned to us in the same perfect condition that it was dispatched in.


We understand choosing the exact colour or size online is difficult. If you have simply ordered the wrong size or colour we are happy to exchange shoes for another size or colour within the same style with no additional postage or handling charge.

You can choose to exchange shoes for a different style, but an additional postage or handing charge will be applied.

All items are fully inspected by us before they are sent out

If you wish to return any items for a refund or exchange they must be returned to us strictly within 14 days of the date listed on your receipt (which will also be the date of dispatch).

All packaging must be in tact including bags, tissue paper etc.

Goods received back outside of this timeframe will not be entitled to a refund or exchange and you must arrange collection at your expense to have the goods returned to you.

We suggest you use an insured mail service to ensure that the goods arrive back in guaranteed time and condition.

Refunds will be given using the same method of payment originally used to purchase the goods, minus the postage and packing cost, within 5 days of us receiving them.

Goods paid for by credit/debit card will be refunded to the same card.

Any shoes returned which have evidence of being worn without foot socks or scuffed/pitted soles due to not trying on a non-carpeted surface are not deemed suitable for return.

You must take care when trying shoes on and not to get any stains from makeup etc on them.

Any item, which is returned and not in the same condition it was dispatched will not be accepted back and you must arrange collection at your expense to have the goods returned to you.

Please contact us prior to returning goods to inform us to expect the goods returned. When doing this you will need to quote your invoice number. An original or copy of the invoice will need to be sent with the returned goods, as will your name and contact details.

This refund policy does not apply to faulty or defective goods, and does not override your statutory rights
