ONLINE PURCHASING

You can purchase via our secure online shopping cart, or if you would prefer, you can opt to purchase via phone order, email order or on store.

You will be contacted within 2 working days of placing an order if an item is unavailable.

SHIPPING POLICY

Please ensure you elect a shipping address that is secure. I.e. a work address, PO Box or residential address where someone is usually home. We cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of orders if no one is available to receive delivery at the elected shipping address and items are left unsecured by Australia Post (i.e. on doorsteps).

We are happy to deliver worldwide.

- Delivery will be via Australia Post Plus Satchels

- Delivery will be dispatched within 2 working days of payment received

- If multiple items are purchased, delivery cost per item may be reduced (depending on weight of combined goods).

- Express post can be arranged for at an additional cost

SALE ITEMS

Whilst our sale items are displayed in good faith, we regret we are unable to guarantee availability because of limited styles and sizes and the fast turnover of these styles.

Sale Items purchased online do not have the same refund policy applied as our non-sale goods.

Sale items purchased online are not entitled to a refund or exchange. A refund will only be applied to sale items that are faulty or defective in accordance with your statutory rights to a refund.
